Chores
Chores assignments can ofttimes be difficult to dole out. It seems that someone gets the hard job and complains about it or they get bored with their job because they have it too long. But sometimes, changing is hard because the little one is too little to do the big job.
I read an idea in a magazine for a way to rotate chores. This mother put each chore title on a different popsicle stick. The sticks went in a can or jar. Each child would then draw their chores for the day. This way no one could complain, they rotated, and even if a small child received a big chore they couldn’t do well then it would rotate and it would get done better the next time. Even mother can draw her jobs for the day.
Just an idea and something to make chores more interesting and therefore less of a chore to do. Have a great day. Leslie
