The Linen Closet
I find some great information surfing the web for organizational information. At Space Savers I found some great ideas for the linen closet. For many of us the linen closet becomes the “catch-all” for stuff not related to linens. As always to begin the closet needs to be completely emptied. Then each item is gone through and sorted. If it belongs in another closet, drawer, or in the trash put it there. Put items in different zones or areas. Sheets (by person or size of bed), towels (guest towels, by bathroom, and “dirty” ones to use on cleaning jobs). Washcloths and hand towels can be rolled instead of folded for a different look and also to stack in smaller areas. Baskets can be used also if you want to store extra toilet paper, shampoos, soaps, etc. Large bins can be used on the floor of the closet for blankets. Good luck. Leslie
