Family Binder
I know I have written a couple of blogs involving 3 ring binders. I use them for so many different purposes. Today I would like to write about a family binder. I have read about this in many sources. For this you need a binder and tabs. These binders can be as detailed as you desire. The binder is kept by the phone in the central spot of your home.
The first tab would be for master calendars and schedules. The second could be the phone and address list section. Gather all numbers into one place – even make a copy of your cell phone numbers. Another tab can be for school – the school calendar, lunch menus, carpool schedule, PTA meetings and agendas, reading lists, etc. Another tab can be for church or volunteer groups you are involved in. Another tab can be for medical records, one for finance, one for job information. You can even have a tab for coupons. Have as many tabs as you and your family need. There is no right or wrong. So gather all those loose papers that everyone is always looking for and get them in one binder. The results will be amazing.
